We're a boutique firm, so every search is handled by a consultant who knows the field. There's no mass outreach and no keyword screening. We map the technical problem first, approach the right people directly, and put forward a shortlist of three or four people who genuinely fit, rather than a pile of CVs.

No. Our service is free for candidates. Our fees are paid by the companies we recruit for, so you'll never be charged for advice, introductions or a placement.

No. Every conversation with us is confidential, and we never send your CV to a company without asking you first, for each specific role. Most people we place are in a job when we first speak, so discretion is simply how we work.

Yes. Most people we place weren't actively looking when we called. Send us your CV and we'll come back when a role genuinely fits what you want, even if that's months from now.

A consultant who works in your specialism reads it, not a keyword filter, and we reply to every submission, usually within 24 hours. We then arrange a short, confidential call about what you want next and what the market pays. Nothing goes to a client without your say-so.

Some companies prefer not to be named while they hire, for example when they're building a new team or haven't yet announced a project. The role is real, and your consultant can tell you more about it in a confidential conversation.

From there we scope the technical problem, search directly, and present a shortlist of three or four people who genuinely fit.

All fees are agreed with you before the search begins. Our first view on the market, salary bands and candidate availability comes at no cost and with no obligation.

Yes. Confidential searches are the norm for us, not the exception. We can advertise a role without naming your company, and your brief stays between you and your consultant.
